Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between coaching and counselling?

Coaching is action orientated and future focused. Coaching helps you set and achieve goals. A coach may challenge you frequently and focuses on the present.

Counselling is more coping orientated and helps you to realise how you feel and a counsellor helps you solve your problems in life by supporting you by showing empathy and understanding.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes I offer a flexible payment plan and can tailor a payment plan to suit your needs.

I would love to do coaching/counselling but I can' afford it.

I appreciate everyone's circumstances are different and I like to think of it as an investment to yourself. If you want to see a change in your life and feel stagnant then investing in a coach/counsellor can be the change you need to move forward. Albert Einstein says the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over again and expecting different results. In order for there to be change you have to do something differently. Ask yourself the following questions:

- can you make these changes on your own?

- who else do you need on your team?

- what have you done in the past to make changes?

- what other investments are you committed to?

- what is your perfect scenario?

- how committed are you on a scale from 1 to 10.
